This Deba (fish) knife is mainly used for cleaning and filleting fist and dressing poultry and other meats. Deba knives have a thicker blade and are more durable. The Ho wood handle has a buffalo horn ferrule. While only beveled on the right side, this blade handle is for left or right handed chef.
